Ahab GreenTech is a B2B industrial 3D printing company based in Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The company was founded to give Indian industrial teams a local additive manufacturing partner with the equipment, materials and processes to handle production-grade work.

## What we do

Ahab GreenTech provides four industrial 3D printing processes from its Peenya, Bengaluru workshop:

- **SLS (Selective Laser Sintering):** Laser-fused nylon powder. No support structures. High-strength parts for end-use applications. Materials include PA12, PA11, PA12-GF, TPU 95A and PP. Build volume 340x340x600mm. Typical tolerance plus or minus 0.3mm.
- **FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling):** Engineering-grade thermoplastic extrusion. Largest build volume at 600x600x600mm. Materials include ABS, ASA, PETG, Nylon CF, PC and PEEK. Best for large prototypes, jigs and fixtures.
- **MJF (Multi Jet Fusion):** Inkjet fusing agents on powder bed. Fine detail and isotropic mechanical properties. Best for production volumes of 50 to 10,000 parts. Materials include PA12, PA11 and TPU 90A. Tolerance plus or minus 0.2mm.
- **SLA (Stereolithography):** UV-cured photopolymer resin. Finest surface finish and tightest tolerances of any process offered. Biocompatible resins available. Tolerance plus or minus 0.1mm.
