Service

Functional Prototype Development

We help turn CAD files, sketches and early ideas into physical prototypes for testing, fit checks and design validation.

How it works

Three steps from requirement to delivered parts

How Ahab GreenTech supports functional prototype development for engineering and procurement teams in Bengaluru and across India.

STEP 01

Review the requirement

We understand the part purpose, fit, load, finish and testing need.

STEP 02

Select process and material

We recommend the right printing method and material for the prototype.

STEP 03

Print, finish and inspect

We produce the prototype and prepare it for review or testing.

FAQ

Questions about PROTO

Can you work from rough sketches?
Yes. We can develop printable geometry from sketches, reference parts or incomplete CAD when needed.
How do you choose between FDM and SLA?
We match process to your test goals: strength, surface finish, tolerance, flexibility and quantity using FDM for engineering thermoplastics or SLA for high-detail resin parts.
