These Terms & Conditions outline the basic terms for using the Ahab GreenTech website and engaging with our 3D printing quotation and manufacturing services. By using the website or submitting a project enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website
The website is intended to provide general business information about Ahab GreenTech and our industrial 3D printing services in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, or upload harmful or malicious files.
2. Quotations and project review
Quotes depend on file quality, material, process, quantity, lead time, post-processing and stated tolerances. Initial estimates may change after technical review. Ahab GreenTech may decline work that is unsafe, illegal, restricted, impractical or outside our capability.
3. CAD files and customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership and legality of files and specifications you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to request manufacture of the designs you provide. Ahab GreenTech is not responsible for design defects, functional failures or compliance issues that result from incorrect source files, incomplete specifications or assumptions not confirmed in writing.
4. Manufacturing tolerances and output
Additive manufacturing results vary by material, process, geometry, orientation and finishing. Dimensional tolerances, surface finish and mechanical behaviour may vary within normal industrial practice. Unless specifically agreed in writing, parts are supplied according to practical 3D printing tolerances for the agreed process and material, not as a guarantee for every regulated or critical end-use application.
5. Prototypes and end-use responsibility
Parts may be used for prototypes, validation, jigs, fixtures or production support depending on the project and agreement. You are responsible for testing and approving parts for final application, including safety, regulatory, medical, aerospace, automotive or industrial compliance where relevant. Ahab GreenTech does not guarantee fitness for a specific end use unless that is expressly agreed in writing.
6. Payment, production and delivery
Production typically proceeds after quote acceptance and any required payment or advance stated in your agreement. Lead times are estimates and may change due to file revisions, material availability, production load or logistics. Risk and timing for shipping or delivery depend on the method agreed with you.
7. Revisions, cancellations and refunds
Changes after quote approval may affect price and lead time. Cancellations after production has started may not be refundable. Refunds or reprints are considered on a case-by-case basis for manufacturing defects attributable to us, not for incorrect customer files, specification changes after approval, or rework caused by customer-side changes.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of designs and files you submit, subject to your agreements with third parties. Ahab GreenTech retains ownership of our website content, branding, internal process documentation and original material we create. Your project files are not publicly shared without permission, except as needed to perform the service or as required by law.
9. Confidentiality
We treat project files and reasonable business information as confidential in the ordinary course of our B2B work. If you require formal non-disclosure terms, those should be agreed separately in writing before sharing sensitive information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ahab GreenTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is generally limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
11. Prohibited or restricted work
We may refuse projects involving illegal products, unsafe items, restricted weapons, harmful devices, counterfeit goods, or items that violate applicable laws or our internal risk policies.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach.
13. Governing law
